Alexander II of Creeperopolis (Creeperian script: Ալեխանդեր Բ; full name: Alexander II Adolfo Domingo de la'Santa Trinidad de San Alfonso y San Miguel y San Romero Martínez de Escobar y Hernández de Sáenz; born 15 September 1971) is Emperor of Creeperopolis and Holy Protector of the State of the Church. As Emperor, Alexander II is the head of state and head of government of Creeperopolis, and as Holy Protector, he is the head of government of the State of the Church; he is the only individual in the world to be the head of government of multiple countries. Alexander II is one of the few remaining absolute monarchs in the world.

Prince Alexander was born in 1971 as the first son of Prince Romero and Princess María. He was a grandson of then-reining emperor Romero I. After the death of Emperor Adolfo V (Prince Alexander's uncle) in 1987 and the ascension of Emperor Romero III to the throne, Prince Alexander assumed the title of Prince of Usqulúmen as heir apparent to the Creeperian throne. From 1997 to 2003, he actively served as a pilot in the Creeperian Air Force. In 1993, Prince Alexander married Alexandra Santos Ussía with whom he has four children: Prince Alexander, Prince Adolfo, Princess María, and Princess Sofía On 18 June 2003, Alexander's younger brother, Prince Alfonso, attempted a coup d'état against Romero III; the coup attempt killed both Alfonso and Romero III, and the subsequent loyalist Romerist Military Junta proclaimed Alexander II as emperor.
