Emmanuel Adolfo Cabañeras y Videla, 8th Duke of Cabañeras (March 15, 1933-October 19, 2002) was the Minister of Defense of Creeperopolis and the Supreme Caudillo of the Creeperian Army from 1976 to 2002.

Emmanuel Adolfo Cabañeras Videla was appointed as Minister of Defense on August 10, 1976, by Emperor Romero II following the death of his father, Alfonso Cabañeras Moreno.

He lead the Creeperian Army during the early years of the Mara War. As Chief of the DINA, torture was commonly used on prisoners.

Emmanuel Cabañeras Videla was assassinated by Alfonso VI on October 19, 2002 after the death of his son, Alfonso Martínez Hernández.
