Pascual Ignacio Espinar y Casaus (3 May 1889 – 14 August 1953) was a Creeperian military officer who held the rank of Field Marshal with the National Council for Peace and Order during the Creeperian Civil War. He held the position of Minister for Public Safety from which he organized and carried out various atrocities and crimes against humanity which have since been collectively known as the De-Catholization, in which an estimated 9 to 11 million people died.

A life-long Marxist and communist, he joined the National Council at the beginning of the civil war, and after the fall of the Miguelist government on 30 September 1949 at the Battle of the Zapatista River, Espinar Casaus continued to resist the government of the Catholic Imperial Restoration Council during the Partisan Resistance. He was one of the leading figures of the resistance, being known as El Líder by Miguelist partisans and loyalists as the highest-ranking surviving member of the National Council in the aftermath of the San Salvador Trials. He was captured by the Creeperian Army on 14 August 1953 and publicly beheaded in the town of Aterancho, Abdan.
