Abdan is a department of Creeperopolis. Its capital is San Pablo.
Abdan is bordered by the departments of Helam, Jakiz, and San Luís. It has coastlines on the Senvarian Sea, the Strait of San Pedro, and the Bay of Atlántida.
Abdan is named after the former Emirate of Abdan, which itself was named after Abdul Awn al-Saajid. It was annexed by Creeperopolis on 1 October 1336 and given department status through the Edict of the Southern Territories on 12 December 1440.
