Sebastián Armando Rivas y Grijalva (1 January 1899 – 8 January 1933) was a Creeperian military officer who is well know for being one of the commanding officers of the San Salvador del Norte Incident which started the Creeperian Civil War. He was praised as a hero by leftists in the city of San Salvador del Norte for his role in leading his soldiers to a victory over pro-Romero I soldiers.

Due to his popularity, Brigadier Pablo Gutiérrez Serrano had Rivas Grijalva arrested and executed in fear that he'd try to use his popularity to his advantage and gain a promotion to displace Gutiérrez Serrano. To cover up his execution, Gutiérrez Serrano fabricated the story that Rivas Grijalva was assassinated by pro-Romero I soldiers and then had the Order of the Fallen Reds bestowed upon him.
