Miguel Eduardo Salinas Ortega (April 13, 1884-December 25, 1949) was the Minister of Defense and Chief Field Marshal of the National Council for Peace and Order during the Creeperian Civil War in 1949. He was a Field Marshal of the National Council for Peace and Order from 1933-1949.
