Carlos Emmanuel Durán y Gómez (17 December 1900 – 5 January 1933) was a Creeperian military officer who is well know for being one of the commanding officers of the San Salvador del Norte Incident which started the Creeperian Civil War. He died to his wounds shortly after the skirmish.
