Armando Joaquín Fuentes y Cobos (16 September 1901 – disappeared 7 January 1933) was a Creeperian military officer who is well know for being one of the commanding officers of the San Salvador del Norte Incident which started the Creeperian Civil War. After the skirmish, he disappeared, being last seen in Santo Francisco, San Salvador del Norte. His ultimate fate is unknown, but it is believed that he committed suicide from the grief of losing the skirmish to the supporters of Miguel VII.
