The Juan Horacio Palafox Mendoza Revolutionary Council (Creeperian Spanish – Iberic: Consejo Revolucionario de Juan Horacio Palafox Mendoza; abbreviated as CR-JHPM) was a coalition of militant groups established in 1981 which was a separatist movement of the San Carlos Islands, a department of Creeperopolis. The group was composed of the Orisla Liberation Commandos, the 12 October Movement, and the San Carlosan Independence Movement. The group declared itself to be non-partisan.
