Andrés Ignacio Andino Cazalla (b. May 30, 1972) is the current Prime Minister of Creeperopolis of the Creeperian Government-in-Exile. Andino Cazalla was a former Lieutenant Colonel in the Creeperian Army who joined the Free Creeperian Army and the Revolutionary Government Junta for Creeperian Reorganization during the 2020 Creeperian Putsch. After the coup failed, he fled to Lyoa and sought refuge in territory held by the National Coalition of Lyoan Opposition Forces. He was apointed Prime Minister on February 19, 2020 by President Antonio Gisbert Alcabú.
