Iván Baldomero Delgado y Guijarro (Creeperian: Իվըն Բալդոմերո Դելգադո յ Գփիջարրո; 17 December 1979 – 23 January 2021), known by his alias "El 3", was a Creeperian murderer, hitman, and paramilitary leader who was a high ranking commander of Mara Salvatrucha. He joined the group in 1995, committing crimes such as murder, extortion, and drug trafficking. He became a high profile hitman for Mara Salvatrucha, and in 2011, he was placed in command of a unit of hitmen and assassins which he named the Delgado Guijarro Contingency (CDG) after himself.

Criminal convictions
Prior to his death, Delgado Guijarro had been convicted in absentia of various crimes by various municipal and departmental courts in Zapatista, as well as by the departmental and departmental Ministries of Law Enforcement.
