On 18 November 1900 at the Campo de Alfonso, San Salvador, the national football teams of Creeperopolis and El Salvador played the first match of their existence in what was the first international professional football match in Surian history. In the match, the first of the Siglo XX Games, Creeperopolis defeated El Salvador by a scoreline of 6–0, and all of the goals were scored by Creeperian striker Gustavo Marroquín Herrera.
