The 1938 Copa Sur was the 5th edition of the Copa Sur, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Sur organized by CONFUSUR. The tournament was hosted by Salisford with all matches occurring in Savotta between 15 and 23 June 1938.
Teams
Six of the ten members of CONFUSUR at the time participated in the 1938 Copa Sur. The six members were:
Creeperopolis, El Salvador, and the State of the Church did not participate due to the Creeperian Civil War. Castilliano withdrew in opposition of Salisford hosting the tournament due to the Rubicon Incident of 1936.
Venue
All of the matches of the tournament took place in the New San Dedomenico Stadium in Savotta.

- Points obtained in all group matches (two points for a win, one for a draw, none for a defeat);
- Goal difference in all group matches;
