Rodolfo Francisco Fernández y Joss (pronounced: [roˈdol-fo franˈsis-ko feɾˈnan-dez .xos]; 5 March 1887 – 24 May 1943) was a Creeperian military officer who served as the first Commandant of the Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor Concentration Camp in Zapatista, Creeperopolis, from 1936 to his death in 1943.
Early life
Rodolfo Francisco Fernández y Joss was born on 5 March 1887 in Panachor, Zapatista, Creeperopolis. His father was Francisco Alfonso Fernández y Revelo and his mother was Anette Azucena Joss y Jerez de Fenrández. He was the eldest of three children, with his younger siblings being Concepción María Fernández y Joss and Eduardo Miguel Fernández y Joss.
Personal life
Fernández Joss married Julia Alexandra Rivas y Zaldívar on 15 June 1910 in Panachor. They had three children:

- Fátima Isabela Fernández y Rivas (1921–2005)
