Ignacio Fernando Morales y Morales (September 1960 – 15 May 1988) was a Creeperian convicted murderer and member of Mara Salvatrucha who is most well known for his leadership during the Battle of Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor of May 1988, where thousands of prisoners of the Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor Maximum Correctional Facility rioted and attempted to escape. Morales Morales was killed in action in the closing days of the battle, and since his death, he has been revered by Mara Salvatrucha as a saint and martyr.
