Creeperian passports are passports issued to citizens with no criminal record of the Holy Traditionalist Empire of Creeperopolis. They are issued exclusively by the Creeperian government. It is unlawful for Creeperian citizens to enter or exit Creeperopolis without a valid Creeperian passport or a passport-replacement document.

Creeperian passport booklets conform with recommended standards (i.e., size, composition, layout, technology) of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). There are five types of passports: ordinary passports, diplomatic passports, emergency passports (rarely issued), military passports, and royal passports.

By law, a valid unexpired Creeperian passport is conclusive proof of Creeperian citizenship, and has the same force and effect as proof of Creeperian citizenship as certificates of naturalization or of citizenship, if issued to a Creeperian citizen for the full period allowed by law. Creeperian law does not prohibit Creeperian citizens from holding passports of other countries, though they are required to use their Creeperian passport to enter and leave Creeperopolis.

The first Creeperian passport was issued to allow travel between Creeperopolis and Port François, a then Quebecshirite trading post/colony.
