Lucho Aluísio Obregón y Tasis (March 6, 1903-August 18, 1949) was a Creeperian military officer who was the Commandant of the Sechakan Extermination Camp in San Luís, Creeperopolis. He was captured by the Creeperian Army on August 18, 1949, when the camp was liberated and he was hanged the following day for the atrocities he oversaw and ordered.
