César Bruno Mendoza Durán (b. November 12, 1969) is the incumbent Chief Guard of the Creeperian Imperial Guard. Illescas Galán was one of the officers of the Imperial Guard who allowed the 2003 Creeperian Coup d'État to occur and as a result was spared by the new government. He replaced Ramon Illescas Galán after was arrested on May 15, 2020, during Operation Pineapple.
