Arturo Gustavo Merino Núñez (b. 26 December 1949) is a retired Creeperian military officer who was the Chief General of the Creeperian Air Force from 1990 to 2006. He was one of the military leaders of the 2003 Creeperian coup d'état and of the Romerist Military Junta.
