Diego Emmanuel Collazo Rodríguez (June 18, 1902-August 14, 1949) was a Creeperian military officer who was the Commandant of the Joyagua Extermination Camp in San Luís, Creeperopolis. He committed suicide by hanging himself in his quarters the day before the camp was liberated.
