The Unique Identity Document (Creeperian – Creeperian: Դոծփմենտո Ղնիծո դե Իդենտիդադ; Creeperian – Iberic: Documento Único de Identidad; abbreviated as ԴՂԻ/DUI[note 2]) is the Creeperian national identity card. The laminated card provides basic personal details about the card's holder including full name (both surnames, given names), address, sex, date of birth, city and department of birth, an identifying photograph, a signature, an identification number, and an expiration date.
