Sonsatepan is a department of Creeperopolis located in the south. It's capital city is Puerto Sonsatepan.
The department has been ravaged by the Third Senvarian Insurgency and the Mara War since 1934 and 1979, respectively. Much of the department is ruled by death squads, insurgents, and gangs.
Sonsatepan borders the departments of Deltino and Senvar. It also has coastlines on Lake Castilliano and the Senvarian Sea.
