The Second Council of Rabadsun (Creeperian – Creeperian: Սեգփնդո Ծոնծիլիո դե Րաբըդսփն; Creeperian – Iberic: Segundo Concilio de Rabádsun; Deltinian: مجلس رابادسون الثاني, transliterated: Majlis Rabadsun al-Thaani; Xichútepan: Ռաբադսունի երկրորդ խորհուրդը, transliterated: Rrabadsuni Yerkrord Khorhurdy) was a 13th century ecumenical council of the Creeperian Catholic Church, held between 4 and 8 February 1231. The council was prompted by the issuance of the One-Religion Decree by Deltinian Caliph Sulayman III which mandated that all subjects and vassals of the Caliphate of Deltino had to convert to Deltinian Islam or be executed. As a direct of the result, which was presided by Pope Jiryjuriun IX, the Emirate of Rabadsun declared complete independence from the Caliphate of Deltino, establishing the Kingdom of Creeperopolis and beginning the century-long Creeperian Crusade.
