Affiliation with the Islamic Front

Sometime before 2015, Kagare affiliated himself with the Islamic Front (IF), a fundamentalist Islamic jihadist militia based in Eastern Lyoa. During his time with the group, he participated in several massacres.

Arrest and imprisonment in Creeperopolis

On 24 December 2019, the Lyoa National Navy intercepted a boat near the coast of Isiru carrying six suspected members of the Free Lyoan Army (FLA) and several thousands of Lyoan Dollars.[1] The men were arrested and sent to Ithiru for questioning. There, one of the five men, Kagare, admitted that he was not a member of the FLA, and instead, he was a member of the IF who had infiltrated a group of FLA men who intended to buy weapons from Mara Salvatrucha in Creeperopolis, and that he intended to betray the men and finance the Deltinian Liberation Army in southern Creeperopolis.

After his interrogation, the Lyoan government offered to extradite him to Creeperopolis for attempting to finance a group which was listed as a terrorist organization by both nations. The Creeperian government accepted, and Kagare was extradited to Creeperopolis. On 29 December 2019, Kagare was found guilty of waging war on the Empire, waging war on God, arms trafficking, and terrorism, and was sentenced to four life sentences. He was sent to and is currently incarcerated at the Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor Maximum Correctional Facility in in Tuxtla MartínezPanachor, Zapatista.
