Thomas Melchior Kagare Ndadaye (Lyoan pronunciation: [tɔːˈmʌs məlˈkoʊi-ʌr kəˈgɑːr-ə n-dədˈaɪ-ɛ]; born 26 August 1980) is a former Lyoan jihadist fighter of the Islamic Front who is currently incarcerated in the Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor Maximum Correctional Facility in Tuxtla Martínez–Panachor, Zapatista, Creeperopolis, and is serving four life sentences, primarily on arms trafficking and terrorism charges.

Early life
Thomas Melchior Kagare Ndadaye was born on 26 August 1980 in Getie, Wateka, Lyoa. The identities of both of his parents are unknown.
Affiliation with the Islamic Front
Sometime before 2015, Kagare affiliated himself with the Islamic Front (IF), a fundamentalist Islamic jihadist militia based in Eastern Lyoa. During his time with the group, he participated in several massacres.
