Joel Óscar Lacasa Campos (July 16, 1879-March 1, 1928) was a Creeperian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Creeperopolis and the General Secretary of the Creeperian Social Communist Party. He was a member of the Second Parliament of Creeperopolis.

He was assassinated on March 1, 1928, by members of the Camisas Negras during the Reigns of Terrors.
