Joel Óscar Lacasa y Campos (16 July 1869 – 1 March 1928) was a Creeperian politician and lawyer who served as the Prime Minister of Creeperopolis and the General Secretary of the Creeperian Social Communist Party. He was a member of the Second Parliament of Creeperopolis.
He was assassinated on 1 March 1928, by members of the Camisas Negras during the Reigns of Terrors.
