The Council of Viceroys is the lower house of the Cortes Generales, the legislature of Creeperopolis.

The General Courts was established on 4 October 1949 with the dissolution of the Second Parliament, its predecessor, and has since been considered to be a rubber stamp legislature since its establishment. All members of the legislature are appointed by the Emperor.
