The Unique Identity Document (Creeperian SpanishCreeperian: Դոծփմենտո Ղնիծո դե Իդենտիդադ; Creeperian Spanish – Iberic: Documento Único de Identidad; abbreviated as ԴՂԻ/DUI[note 2]) is the Creeperian national identity card. The laminated card provides basic personal details about the card's holder including full name (both surnames, given names), address, sex, date of birth, city and department of birth, an identifying photograph, a signature, an identification number, and an expiration date.
