Admiral Cristóbal Carlos Colón y Cámarillo International Airport[note 1] (IATA: CCC, ICAO: CCCC, AAI LID: ԾԾԾ) is the largest and primary airport of the San Carlos Islands. The San Carlos Islands-based airline Volaris has its hub at the airport.

Runways
Admiral Cristóbal Carlos Colón y Cámarillo International Airport has two runways, Runway 07/25, which is oriented east to west, and Runway 18/36, which is oriented north to south. Runway 07/25 is made of asphalt, and is 11,485 pies (10,499 feet; 3,200 meters) long and 162 pies (148 feet; 45 meters) wide. Runway 18/36 is also made of asphalt, and is 2,872 pies (2,625 feet; 800 meters) long and 82 pies (75 feet; 23 meters) wide, however, Runway 18/36 has been closed since 2008 and has not been used since 2006.

- TACA Flight 1113 – On 14 March 1983, the Norental-Esclaveta-Pescante-Orisla-Colón Front (Frente NEPOC) bombed a Air Transports of Creeperopolis and Atlántida Maroto Botín MB-10-10 mid-flight after departing Cristóbal Colón Cámarillo International Airport on route to Fort Handel International Airport, New Gandor. The bombing was a part of Frente NEPOC's terrorist campaign against the Creeperian government during the San Carlos Islands Crisis, however, the flight was "accidentally" bombed, as the intended target was TACA Flight 711 from Cámarillo to San Romero.
- On 18 July 1987, Frente NEPOC detonated a bomb in the terminal of the Cristóbal Colón Cámarillo International Airport, killing sixteen and injuring twenty-seven more.
