The 1565 San Carlos Islander gubernatorial election occurred on 1 January 1565 and elected Antonio Mendoza Pacheco as the Captain General (governor) of the San Carlos Islands. The election was a part of the 1565 Creeperian general election and occurred at the same time as the 1565 San Carlos Islander legislative election.
