Ninapakcha III of Senvar (full name: 𐐤𐐮𐑌𐐪𐐹𐐪𐐿𐐽𐐪 𐐧𐐪𐐿𐐻𐐪𐐸𐐭𐐪𐑋𐐪𐑌 𐐗𐐪𐑏𐐪𐑍𐐪u𐐹𐐪, transliterated: Ninapakcha Llactahuaman Callañaupa; 29 March 1798 – 30 November 1855) was the last monarch of the Kingdom of Senvar, reigning as King from 1832 until his abdication and the cessation of the kingdom in 1839, ending the 335-year long reign of the House of Llactahuaman.

Ninapakcha III was the son of Crown Prince Ninapakcha of Senvar and Princess Susanne of Senvar. His father was the son of King Ninapakcha I. Upon the death of his grandfather, his father became King and Ninapakcha assume the title of Crown Prince of Senvar. Upon the death of his father in 1832, he became the King of Senvar. During his reign, he attempted to diminish the power of the Parliament by forcing Artur Hölder out of office in 1835 and holding a snap election which led to victory for the pro-monarchy Conservative–Monarchist Coalition Party.

His reign as King was cut short, when in 1839, two Creeperian diplomats in Port Senvar were assassinated and blame was placed on Ninapakcha III for allowing the assassination. The incident caused outrage within the Creeperian government which demanded compensation, however, Ninapakcha III refused. After the issuance of an ultimatum demanding the peaceful incorporation of Senvar into Creeperopolis on the grounds of failing to compensate the deaths of the diplomats and also citing historical territorial claims. Facing an immanent invasion, Ninapakcha III declared the annexation of the nation to Creeperopolis and abdicated the throne on 5 March 1839 as the Creeperian Army had arrived outside of Port Senvar. Upon his abdication, Senvar was annexed into Creeperopolis, however, many Senvarian military officers and politicians opposed the annexation and initiated the First Senvarian Insurgency. His brother declared himself as King Frederick I and led the insurgency against the Creeperans until his death in 1851.

After his abdication, Ninapakcha III remained in Port Senvar under protection from the Creeperian Imperial Guard, as many Senvarian civilians sought to kill him for abandoning the nation. In 1850, he was offered the position of Mayor of Puerto Senvar by Field Marshal Adolfo Salinas Huerta, the Captain General of Senvar, however, Ninapakcha III refused the position. He died on 30 November 1855 and was buried on 5 December 1855 in the Royal Palace of Puerto Senvar where he lived out the rest of his life. His tomb remains a popular gathering place for some Senvarian nationalists who view his abdication as being forced instead of being willingly.

Ninapakcha Llactahuaman Callañaupa was born on 29 March 1798 in the Royal Palace of Port Senvar, Port Senvar, Kingdom of Senvar. His father was Crown Prince Ninapakcha of Senvar and his mother was Princess Susanne of Senvar. He was the couple's eldest son; he had an older sister, Julia, and two younger brothers, Frederick and Claus.

Ninapakcha III married Felicia Stassen, the granddaughter of Prime Minister Hugo Stassen, on 12 July 1829. The couple had four children:

Death

Ninapakcha III died on 30 November 1855 in the Royal Palace of Puerto Senvar. His official cause of death was of a cerebral hemorrhage, however, some nationalists believe that Ninapakcha III was assassinated by the Creeperian Imperial Guard on order of the. Creeperian government or by Senvarian civilians who had infiltrated the palace. His funeral was held inside the royal palace and he was buried in the main entrance on 5 December 1855.
