He was one of the 58 racers of the 1977 Pan-Creeperian Coronation Rally and was the co-driver of Senvarian Quriurma Motocanchi Michi. Al-Salim was dismembered and murdered sometime during the rally in October 1977 in the Santa Ana viceroyalty of Creeperopolis, most likely by the Militarist Nationalist Front (FRENAMI). Motocanchi similarly disappeared in the same stretch and has never been seen since.
