Novinsk (Rakhi: Новинск) is the capital city of Rakhman and the most populous city in the nation. The metropolitan area of the city has a population of nearly 12,000,000 people and is home to numerous government offices, industries, and historical areas.
Novinsk also includes the Capital building, which hosts the State Council and the notable terrace from which the Tzar often delivers his speeches to the nation.
