Novinsk (Rakhi: Новинск) is the capital city of Rakhman and the most populous city in the nation. The metropolitan area of the city has a population of nearly 12,000,000 people and is home to numerous government offices, industries, and historical areas.
Novinsk also includes the Capital building, which hosts the State Council and the notable terrace from which the Tzar often delivers his speeches to the nation. The Tzar, the Marshal of Rakhman, and multiple members of the State Council hold residency within the city. Historically, the city was founded by Rakhman's first Tzar, Lev Novinski, after he conquered the territory and established Rakhman as a unified nation.
