Nerfoy (Quebecshirite: About this sound/nɛʁ.fwa/), officially known as the Nerfoy Metropolis (Quebecshirite: Métropole de Nerfoy /mɛtʁopɔl də nɛʁfwaj/), is the capital and largest city of Montesayette. With its vast metropolitan area, the city has a population of 3,236,472 residents. Distinguished by its neighborhoods, Nerfoy is divided into 8 wards: Belle-Vue, l'Étoile, Vieux-Port, Vallée, des Montagnes, Lac Bleu, Champs-Verts, and Cité-Nouvelle. Situated in the northern region of Montesayette, Nerfoy not only serves as the economic hub of the nation but also hosts the Montesayettean federal government.

Situated on the banks of the Sandrine River, Nerfoy has long served as a prominent trading post and commercial center since the early days of Quebecshirite settlement. As the de facto capital city, it quickly emerged as the official capital of Montesayette upon independence. Today, Nerfoy is an Alpha Global City, boasting a diverse range of industries including art, chemicals, commerce, design, education, entertainment, fashion, finance, healthcare, media, services, research, and tourism. The city's business district is home to the Nerfoy Stock Exchange, as well as national and international banks and companies. With its robust economy, Nerfoy ranks as the wealthiest city in Montesayette in terms of GDP. Together with the neighboring cities of Audrecelles and Hamicourt, it forms the Greater Nerfoy Area. Serving as the seat of the federal government, Nerfoy houses key institutions such as the Palais Lumière, Palais des Étoiles, and various government departments and agencies.
