Aleksandr I of Rakhman (Rakhi: Александр Сергеевич Новинский; born 15 December 1962) is Tzar of Rakhman. As monarch, he is head of state and commander-in-chief of the Rakhmani Armed Forces, and also plays the role of the supreme representation of Rakhman in international relations.

Aleksandr was born in Mezovsky as the eldest child of Tzar Sergei III and Tzarina consort Svetlana Novinski. Aleksandr was officially created Tzezarevich of Rakhman only one year after his birth and was formally proclaimed as such in 1963. He was also made honorary soldier of the Rakhmani Army at the age of 11. Aleksandr was educated by his private tutor for several years before attending the Rakhmani Imperial Military Academy in Soligorsk. Later, he studied law at the University of Novinsk where he obtained a Doctorate of Juridical Science.

To prepare his role as future commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, Aleksandr joined the Rakhmani Army in 1980. During the next two years, he completed his military formation at the Navy and Air Force. After completing his civil and military studies, he undertook official duties representing his father in different social and institutional events, such as chairing charity foundations or attending the inaugurations of several international leaders.

Aleksandr ascended the throne on 17 September 1993 upon the death of his father. His reign has been marked by continual economic development, the introduction of Rakhman as a CODECO interest state, and strengthening Rakhman's position internationally through diplomatic and military means.
