Domingo Alfonso Venezuela y Salinas (8 September 1902 – c. late-January 1953) was a Creeperian businessman and footballer who founded the Liga Creeperiano, a rival football league to the Liga Primera (modern Liga Imperial) in 1950. The Liga Creeperiano was very controversial and existed for three seasons, however, only two were completed.

Venezuela Salinas disappeared on 19 January 1953 from his home in Panachor, and his body was found on three days later on 22 January 1953 with visible signs of being tortured to death. After his death, the Creeperian government seized control of the Liga Creeperiano and announced its abolition on 23 January 1953. Conspiracy theorists have since alleged that the Creeperian government assassinated Venezuela Salinas at the request of the National Football Association (ANF), who saw the Liga Creeperiano as a threat to the Liga Primera's dominance.
