Sipaipa (Vaktrian: Šipaıpa) is the fourth largest city in Terranihil and the capital of the Sipaipa governorate.

Etymology
Sipaipa is the Romanyanization of Šebleba (ܫܒܠܒܐ), the Aramaic name for the city, which is thought to come from the Aramaic word for "blade": šebla (ܫܒܠܐ). This may refer to Valeriana being prominent blacksmithing center during the Romanyan Empire.
