Haides is the capital and largest city of Avengis. It is located around the center-right area of Keskmaa, making up the majority of the Haides Capital Area. Haides has a population of 1,519,951, or about 33.23% of Avengis' total population. As the capital of Avengis, it houses the seats for both the Council of Avengis (The Executive Chambers) and the Üldkogu (The Legislative Chamber).
