The Prime Minister of Castilliano was the title of Castilliano's formal Head of Government from 1565 until 1949. The position was established in 1565 had a five-year term. The Prime Minister was chosen by the citizens of Castilliano in an election series. The Prime Minister was a sitting member of the Parliament, which was the main governing body of Castilliano while it was in existence. The Prime Minister presided over the Parliament when in session and represented the government overall.
