Carlos Xavier Menem Menem (11 January 1953 – 19 July 2003) was a Creeperian politician who served as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Creeperopolis during the Alfonsisto. He was overthrown during the 2003 Creeperian coup d'état and executed as a part of the 2003–04 purges.
