Abdul V bin Abu Kharzan (827AD-August 18, 893AD) was the Caliph of the Caliphate of Deltino from June 30, 867AD until his death on August 18, 893AD. He is famous for establishing the city of Almadinat Almuqadasa (present day La'Victoria) in 875AD after Muhammad appeared to the Deltinians and told them that their branch of Islam is the true branch of Islam and that the Muslims of what is now Greater Sacramento are false Muslims worshipping a false God, thus the city was called "The Sacred City" in Arabic, the religious language of Islam.
