Nerfoy, officially the Montesayettean Capital Territory (Quebecshirite: Territoire de la capitale montesayette), is the capital and most populous city of Montesayette with a population of about 8.98 million. It is located in north central Montesayette at an elevation of about 900 metres (2,952 ft) in a valley on the Sandrine River. It is governed as a federal territory and acts as the headquarters for all significant institutions of the Montesayettean government, as well as the cultural, industrial, and financial powerhouse of the country.
