Nerfoy, officially the Montesayettean Capital Territory (Quebecshirite: Territoire de la capitale montesayette), is the capital and most populous city of Montesayette with a population of about 8.98 million. It is located in north central Montesayette at an elevation of about 900 metres (2,952 ft) in a valley on the Sandrine River. It is governed as a federal territory and acts as the headquarters for all significant institutions of the Montesayettean government, as well as the cultural, industrial, and financial powerhouse of the country, as well as the centre of Montesayette's transportation network.
