Ernesto Luçeo (born August 11, 1975, Illyrian Iberic pronunciation: [eʁneʃ'to ʟusa'jo]) is a New Illyrian politician and soldier who is currently serving as a member of the Congress of New Illyricum from SE Tuscinum and as the chairman of the Vanguardist Party since 2015. Luçeo previously served as the grand marshall of the union from 2015 to 2024, during which time he led New Illyricum in the Second Ferunian Separatist War and the Aberso–Illyrian War until he was removed amidst the 2023–24 political crisis, as well as the marshall of congress from May to December, 2024, during the Third Ferunian Separatist War.

Luçeo was born in Fero, SE Secundicum, in 1975, in the midst of the oppressive military silençeo regime of grand marshall Te Ntano. Luçeo's father, Dolonio Luçeo, helped lead the New Illyrian Freedom and Resistance Army as part of the resistance against Te Ntano's regime. Ntano was assassinated in 1978 and Leopoleo Polo seized power with the support of Luçeo's father and the Freedom and Resistance Army. Luçeo's father remained as a high ranking official in both the regimes of Polo and his successor Luçeo Çaresi, serving as the marshall of the exchequer from 1983 to 1990, until the collapse of the Red Cabal Party in 1992.

Luçeo himself was conscripted and served in the New Illyrian Armed Forces from 1992 to 1998 as a commandant in command of the 339th Mechanized Brigade. Following his service, Luçeo served in the Alephonicum Popular Assembly as a delegate from Braçel while living there. Luçeo was a member from 2000 to 2003 before being recruited to serve in the administration of Pepino Queneo, the marshall of SE Tuscinum.

In the 2006 congressional election, Luçeo gained a seat in the Congress of New Illyricum from SE Tuscinum. Luçeo, a member of the True Vanguardist Block, becoming a leading senator, pushing for a hard military crackdown in the First Ferunian Separatist War from 2006 to 2008. Luçeo became an important member of grand marshall Beneçito Foestolo and later Marco Lorençeo's governments, helping administrate military efforts as the marshall of war from 2011 to 2015.

In the tightly contested 2015 election, Luçeo defeated Lorençeo and Marius Montus to take control as grand marshall. Luçeo moved to address the Second Ferunian Separatist War which had begun a year prior, initiating Operation Lynx to retake control over SE Ferunicum. Luçeo's regime was widely praised following the success of Operation Lynx and the end of the Second Ferunian Separatist War, however he became criticized for his foreign policy and his actions during the Morovan Civil War and the OU military intervention in Ajakanistan.

In 2023, Luçeo refused to recognize Zloveshchiyan involvement in the Akvatika Island genocide and supported the nation in the OU military intervention in Shaoyu. His actions led to the Claufenese Sea Crisis with Abersiania, which led further to widespread unrest and later a political crisis which spawned from the controversial Pretoria Peace Accords, which he signed with the Alliance of Central Ecrosian States in October 2023. Luçeo was defeated by opposition Democratic Party candidate Luçeo Mareo in the 2024 marshall election and became the marshall of congress, replacing political ally Alfo Colatino. On December 12, a vote of no confidence was held in the congress, and Luçeo was removed from his position and supplanted by Eoardio Fonteio.
