New Illyrian Cuisine is widely varied due to New Illyricum's range of different cultural influences from Araucarlia, Sur, and Ostlandet. New Illyrian cuisine also varies based on location in New Illyricum, however generally throughout New Illyricum can be seen the heavy usage of cheese, various meats, and most noticeably seafood, which is eaten especially on the coast.
