The Grand Marshall of the Union (Illyrian Iberic: Grane Mariçalco de le Unito), is the highest ranking official in the government of New Illyricum. The Grand Marshall has the final say on almost all legislation and holds most of the executive power in the government. Grand Marshalls are elected for life, and may only be impeached by a 65%+ vote from the Congress of New Illyricum.
