The Black League PMC (Pavulturilori: Liga Neagră CMP), also known as Veterans Inc. (Veretani Înc.) due to most of its contractors being retired fromer mercenaries of the Templar Task Force MG, is a private military company based in Dubătemir, Pavulturilor. The company provides a wide array of services, with security, advisory, and training being the most prominent ones. due to its alleged invlovement in numerous conflicts on a side that favors Pavulturilor's foreign policy, it has also been given the nickname of Armata Umbrelor (Pavulturilori: Army of Shadows)

History
Templar Task Force PMC
Following the First Alaia War, ex-SRS operative Lior Eliezer Ben Avshalom, who participated in several operatins during the war and former ones chose to quit and instead open a private warfare advisory firm named "Templar Institue", later on, after the Second Alaia War, a large amount of ex-soldiers found their way into being hired by the firm, which resulted in the name change to Templar Task Force - Mercenary Group, and goal-shift from military advisory, to hired guns.
The Mercenary Group would be hired by multiple countries and Groups and partook in multiple wars, most notably the Second Ajaki Civil War, Third Baltanese Civil War, and the Saratovan Red Dawn, until the Dubătemir Insugency, when all Pavulturilori-based mercenery groups and private military companies were disbanded by order of Marshal Meir Cohen.
Post-Dubătemir Insurgency
Following the end of the Dubătemir Insurgency, and subsequent lift of Pavulturilori Mercenary Ban, the firm was reestablished by another ex-SNS operative, Eli Shamir, under the name Black League PMC, it has since began to return to it's former status as a globally-renowned military for hire.

The Black League PMC's headquaters are located on 24 Marshal Street of Dubătemir in Pavulturilor, where most of the company's executive branch is located, the entire building is owned and operated by the company, and includes an armory, multiple shooting ranges of varying training capabilities, a martial arts studio, multiple offices, and a helicopter landching pad.
A secondary training facility is romured to exist somewhere in the Pavulturilori countryside, but its location is unknown.
The company owns and operates a small private airfield outside of Dubătemir, from which it dispatches its contractors to fulfil missions all across Terraconserva.
It is also rumored to own a cargo ship that is in the proccess of being converted into a helicopter carrier, as well as being in negotiations with the Pavulturilori government to purechase one of the navy's Hoplite-class corvettes.
Units
The company is romured to operate 5 battalions which make the bulk of its armed force.
Gri Coloană is romured to be the name of the battalion that guards the company's private airfield.
The Braț Roșu battalion is currently deployed to the Enjolan Copperbelt to fight against the Enjolan Separatist Front, it has claimed to have engaged in battle with the organization as of 28 September 2024.
The Vânt Arzător battalion is currently deployed in Saratov as part of the company's security contract with the Saratovan government, it has reportedly engaged in numerous defensive battles against the Saratovan Workers Front in the areas sorrounding the city of Novaty.
The Scorpionul Alb battalion is currently partially deployed to Vozrozhdeniye to help with training of its armed forces, though there are rumors of increased deployment of it to the country for unknown reasons.
The Harpie Aurie battalion is rumored to be deployed in the eastern parts of New Illyricum, presumably to aid in the training of the Free Ferunian Army, such rumors are not regarded by the company.
There are more specialised teams that exist at the company's disposal, known ones are:
- Echipă Alef[note 1] - Elite fireteam that currently operates in Saratov, it is confirmed to have participated in the OU military intervention in Akvatika, particularly in the Battle of Huiyong Airport, it is also romured to have played a part in The Twin Tragedy terror attack, such claims are ignored by the company
- Echipă Mierlă - Special airborne fireteam
- Echipă Cobră - Elite fireteam currently acting as elite OPFOR in training excursies.
Activities
The Black League is known to operate, or to have operated in at least 6 countries; Vozrozhdeniye, Enjola, Ferunia, Paleocacher, Pavulturilor, and Saratov, spanning across the two continents of Ecros and Ostlandet. There are unconfirmed reports of activities in other countries.
Enjola
On 28 September 2024, contractors of the Black League's Braț Roșu Battalion have posted a video to the company's site claiming to be in the Enjolan Copperbelt in order to fight against the Enjolan Separatist Front, and to have already eliminated 20 militants with 60 more caputred as part of a battle.
Vozrozhdeniye
Since the start of The Restoration War at the end of the OU military intervention in Akvatika, the Black League was hired by the Royal Vozrozhdeniyen Military to train its troops, as well as taking part in the Battle for Preispodnyaya on the side of the monarchists
As of 29 June 2024, The company confirmed the full deployment of its Scorpionul Alb battalion to Vozrozhdeniye as part of a newly signed security contract. Since 8 July 2024, Black League contractors have been reportedly engeged in battle with Zloveshchian Army units in and around the town of Malen'kiy.
New Illyricum
In early 2024 there have been some unconfirmed reports that the Black League is present in the western parts of New Illyricum, and have been aledged to aid in the training of the Free Ferunian Army as well as provide it with money and weaponry, these claims have not been confirmed nor denied by the company's spokesperson office.
As of 14 September, the PMC's prescence in Ferunia has been confirmed by its pearticipation in the Battle of Salena alongside the Free Ferunian Army.
Paleocacher
The Black League has on several instances been hired by the Paleocacherian governemnt to act as elite OPFOR in military excursies of the Paleocacherian Armed Forces, and law enforcment agencies.
Pavulturilor
The Black League is often hired by the Pavulturilori governemnt to train certain parts of its armed forces, as well as to serve as bodyguards for high-profile individuals, such as buisnessmen, politicians, and more, as well as being in charge of facility security of other companies in more dangerous regions, such as in proximity to the Terranilian border, the New Illyrian border, or the Sconian border.
Other instances of employment by Pavulturilor are roumered but unconfirmed, such as the training of pro-Pavulturilori militias in proximity to Pavulturilor itself, assassinations and abductions of enemies of the state, and more, such claims are denied by the Pavulturilori government, however aren't regarded by the company's spokeperson's office.
Saratov
The Black League has reportedly been invloved in the Saratovan Red Dawn Continuation War since the middle of 2023, it has been in charge of numerous raids on high value targets of the Saratovan Worker's Front in in territory of the former People's Soviet Republic of Novaty.
Shaoyu
During the OU military intervention in Akvatika, A botched paratrooper landing of Pavulturilori Paratroopers resulted in them landing at Huiyong Airport, where they were ambushed by Zloveshchiyan Special Forces, such as the Black Wolves, after a few hours of fighting, a detachment of Black League contractors attacked the Zloveschiyans from the rear lines, casuing them to withraw from the fight.
Possible activities
Byasa
The Black League has been stated to provide security servies to the Pavulturilori jewelry brand Romi & Harel, although such claims are been denied numerous times by the former, Black League has never refuted claims of its prescence in Byasa.
Cherzia
The Black League is alleged tp have been providing militant cherzian groups such as the Defense Armed Union of Cherzia, Green Brigades and Red Sun Liberation Army with training and military advisors, such allegations were not confirmed or denied by the company's spokesperson office.
Zloveshchiy
Some have speculated that the Black League PMC is responsible for the several terror attacks in Zloveshchiy[citation needed], citing the deposit of 60,000,000 Quebecshirite credits into the company's account right after The Twin Tragedy.
Controversies and Sanctions
On 14 August 2024, the Serene State of Quebecshire ratified the Declaration on Romerism and Fascism, condemning the Black League as a terrorist organization[note 2] for being a tool for alleged violence committed in Ecros and Ostlandet in the name of enforcing Pavulturilor's foreign policy, leading other countries to sign the same declaration.
On 5 September 2024, the Council of Ostlandet passed a legislation to "Create a committee to investigate into the role of Foreign Private Military Companies (PMCs) in influencing the politics of Ostlandet.", some view this move to be targeting the Black League is spescific with its confirmed inolvlemts in conflicts in Saratov and Vozrozhdeinye, and alleged actions in Byasa, Cherzia, and Zloveshchiy.
On 30 October 2024 the Empire of Girisko has issued a diplomatic statement condemning the Black League's ongoing involvment in the Third Ferunian Separatist War.
