Constitution of Pavulturilor

The Constitution of Pavulturilor (Pavulturilori Langauge: Constitutia Pavulturilor, Hebrew: חוקת פבולטורילור) is the overreaching document outlining the basic government structure and rights of all citizens within Pavulturilor. The document was written and signed on 31 December 2022 by the newly elected Pavulturilori government. The government maintains and follows all articles in the constitution.

Preamble

The Democratic Republic of Pavulturilor is a Presidential-Stratocratic Republic that upholds the values of freedom, democracy, justice, rightousness, dignity, and security. The Pavulturilori people, united in their common purpose and aspirations, have established this Constitution to govern their affairs and safeguard their rights and freedoms

Article I

The Democratic Republic of Pavulturilor will have national elections every 5 years, the elections will be both free and fair.

Article I, subsection 1

The following ideologies will never be able to partake in any election: Ba'athism, Communism, National progressivism, nor any of their vile subideologies.

Article II

The heads of state will be the President of Pavulturilor and the Marshal of Pavulturilor, The former will be the elected head of state and the latter will be the commander-in-chief of the armed forces. both have the total power to issue decrees, veto laws, create or remove amendments and declare a state of emergency.

Article III

The Pavulturilori Parliament is the country's legeslative body, it's members are elected by the general public in the general elections and ratified by the marshal.

Article IV

• The right for Security of the people shall never be infirnged upon.
• The right of the public to for a militia and bear arms shall not be infinged upon.
• The right of anyone to maintain their self dignity shall not be infinged upon.
• The right of anyone to proper justice shall not be infinged upon.
• It is the duty of every citizen once turned 18 to enlist to the armed forces, follow every order of their superiors, and defend the nation from all threats, foreign and domestic.
• It is the duty of every citizen to oppose ideologies deemed evil by the state by any means avaliable.
• It is the duty of every citizen to obey any and all instuctions of the state and it's representetives, executive, legislative, and judical.

Article V

The Democratic Republic of Pavulturilor may never lower it's defense budget below 10%, and has the full right to declare war on any country deemed a threat, soverign or not.

Amendments

(1) Any right is subject to inturpertation.
